Roy Sharma is a UK-qualified lawyer who has worked in the profession for almost 30 years.
Prior to moving to Gibraltar, he worked with a UK law firm representing insurance companies. He was part of the specialist investigation team which conducted insurance fraud investigations.
Roy also has a degree in theology from the USA, where he studied in both California and Texas.
He holds a diploma with the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and has previously acted as a director of a Trust and Company provider.
He lives and works in Gibraltar where he has lived for more than 20 years. His focus is on Wills and Probate, Estate planning, Trusts and Companies, and also advises High Net Worth individuals who wish to reside in Gibraltar.
He has recently been involved in the DLT and blockchain arena which is now becoming more prevalent in asset-holding structures.
Roy also works with lawyers in Spain advising British expatriates who reside in Spain.
